US DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
RETURN CENTER
With complimentary exchanges, finding your perfect fit is effortless! If you're not completely satisfied with the size, style, or color, we'll cover the return shipping and send your new items (if applicable) with no extra charge. Please note that clearance, final sale, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Starting March 1, 2025, a $10 return & processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items. This policy applies to purchases made on or after this date.
We warmly accepts unworn and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be processed online through our Returns Center. If you need assistance, please call us at 1-800-447-3556 or email customerservice@misook.com. If you choose to ship your return without using our return shipping label, we are not responsible for the shipping cost or any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Though we process your credit immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement. Please note that fees for shipping and handling are not refundable. We recommend tracking your package to ensure delivery and protect the shipment in case of loss or damage. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed for exchanges.
Upon arrival, returns and exchanges take up to 10 business days to process.

PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT by securely packing the return items in the box they came in, making sure to include the completed return form inside. Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to your box for complimentary return shipping.

DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE with the carrier that matches your provided return label. Once your return or exchange is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.
